Topic/Issue:1290 - Conditions Stipulated for Validity of Prayers --
Agreement:The jurists agreed that things stipulated to be relinquished in prayer include words as well as acts.
The acts include all acts permissible outside prayer that are not part of the prayer except minor movements, the killing of a scorpion or a snake (some disagreement)[A hadeeth reported by Abu Da'ud].
The words include all those are not part of prayer. The jurist agreed that they invalidate prayer, if uttered intentionally based on Ayah 2:238 and Ahadeeth of ibn Mas'ud and Zayd bin Arqam
