Disagreement
Reasons:
The jurists disagreed on whether its the word, or the meaning behind those words, that are required. · Malikis and shafi'ees argued on the basis of the hadeeth, "The key to prayer is purification, its sanctity starts with al-takbeer, and it is discharged with salutation." Dalil al Khitaab, there is an implied meaning in the text. Abu Hanifa rejected this.
