The Kinds of Water Used

There is no distinction between bathing at the same time or bathing with surplus left by other.
|Ahmad||It is NOT permitted even if they commence at the same time||Perhaps the only tradition that reached them was of hadith of Al-Ghifari and hence they made analogy for a man, from the case of the women|
|Ibn Hazm||Woman can use the leftover of a man, but not vice versa. Both can do together.||Based on the hadith of Al-Ghifari and Aisha|
|They can't use each other's leftovers, but can share one bucket of water (start at same time).|
- Conflicting narrations, one forbidding, one allowing.
- Conflict of reconciling the narrations.
